Ultra-Sonic Injector Cleaning & Testing

Fuel injectors play a very important role in the operation of your motor vehicle.
If the injectors become dirty or blocked, not only does the engine run rough but also uses more fuel and can produce excessive harmful emissions.

The ASNU ultra-sonic injector service unit, brings injectors back to as new condition, which restores power, provides smoother engine operation, reduces fuel consumpion and reduces emissions.

The injectors are removed from the vehicle and tested for flow, spray pattern and electronic failure.

After the initial test, the injectors are cleaned ultra-sonically in a special cleaning fluid for about an hour, then retested. The injectors then re-assembled with new seals & filters, are refitted to the vehicle and a new fuel filter is installed.
